4 Ways To Instantly Boost Your Confidence When You Need It Most@@

Not charging what you are worth.
Not asking for a raise that is long past due.
Not commanding the respect that you deserve in a customer or personal relationship.
Not stepping up to play a bigger game in your life and go after what you were born to do.
All of these symptoms are the result of one common problem that I see time and time again with my customers and my friends.
Heck, I am even guilty of shrinking sometimes myself due to a lack of confidence.
We have ALL been there at some point in our businesses and in our lives, and it is critical to step out of this destructive mode so that we can claim what is ours.  But sometimes, at the darkest times, it is difficult to find the way.
So, print out the advice below, and keep it available when you get stuck so that you can get back on the fast track to success.
OK, here we go.
4 Things You Can Do Right Now to Instantly Boost Your Confidence
1.  Write down your recent accomplishments.  You have accomplished great things that you are probably overlooking.
It is important to keep a clear focus on what is going well, and what you have accomplished.
Regardless of if they are BIG or small, write down specifically what you HAVE done that is great.
You started an exercise routine, and have stuck with it for the past 4 weeks.
You kept your promise to your kids to take them hiking on Sunday.
You signed 2 new customers in the last 30 days.
You created a new program (which is still in your head and needs to be launched, but you at least made the first step).
List everything you have implemented in your business and in your life, and be specific with the numbers (of clients, money, kg lost).
Then next to it, write why this is a great accomplishment, and take time to CELEBRATE what you have accomplished.
Examining your accomplishments is one of the fastest ways to boost your confidence.
After you are feeling a bit better from looking at the things you HAVE accomplished.
2.  Call your best friend.  Or call your mother.  Call the person who ALWAYS has confidence in you because they see the real YOU.
You know the person… they know that you are great, and they unconditionally love you.  They see the great things that you bring into this world, by just being YOU.
Then take their confidence in you, and practice using it on yourself.
3.  Take action on your To Do List.  Now that your energy is buzzing a bit, write down the top things that are pending that need action in your life.
The customer you need to call back because they expressed interest in your product or program.
The raise that you need to ask for.
The relationship that you want to heal.
Then, write down 1 thing you can do THIS WEEK to move forward toward reaching your desired goal.  And then do it. Do it scared if you have to.
Remember: imperfect action is good enough.
Repeat this step as necessary.  As you move positively toward your goals, your confidence will soar.
4.  Hire a mentor or get ongoing support from someone who will keep you moving forward and keep you reaching for your big goals in life.
Not someone who is just a sounding board, but someone to share your biggest goals with and who really holds you accountable for getting what you want.
Someone who your time spent with makes you a better person, a bigger version of yourself.
Have you ever thought about what it is costing you when you play small and you are not going for it?
How much more money, love, success, free time, and other things you could have if you were working with someone who supports you and holds you accountable for going after it?
You owe it to yourself to face your confidence issues head on, and step into the bigger version of your life.  After all, we have all been there.
The thing that separates those who succeed from those who fail is the unwavering commitment to overcoming what is keeping us stuck, like self-confidence hurdles.
It is all about taking action and being accountable for the Bigger You.

To Your Success,
